Our journey began in 2003 when during our summer vacations we fell in love with the tranquil village of Agios Georgios in Methana. Seeing an opportunity where few others did, we started building a community of dream homes rooted in nature, peace, and connection. Despite obstacles and a challenging decade of economic crisis in Greece, our family’s resilience and passion have anchored Anchor Point’s lasting presence in this hidden gem of Greece.

What types of homes do you offer right now?
We currently offer new, affordable studios and small apartments in Agios Georgios, Methana, suitable for investment, permanent living, or vacations. In case you need a more spacious apartment or a maisonette you can always contact us and find the best available solution together.
How can I get more information about a specific apartment?
You can fill in the contact form and mention the project and apartment type you’re interested in, or reach us via email, whatsapp or social media. You’ll receive a personal reply with plans, prices, and availability. We would love to schedule a call and get to know you. Also, there is always the possibility to bring you in touch with a previous customer of ours to help you get the whole picture.
How do I reserve an apartment?
First of all you have to visit the place and make sure you really want to proceed. After that, 10% of the price can be given as a downpayment and the rest can be given in installments or by the progress of the building. If you come from abroad, you will need a power attorney to handle the legal proceedings (Greek VAT number, bank account etc.). For EU citizens the process is pretty straight forward.
I don’t know Methana. Can you help me plan a visit?
Yes. We can help you book a room in the area and we can guide you on how to get to Methana from Athens or the airport and suggest the best way to reach Agios Georgios for a viewing. You can always check our relevant article.
Are the homes insured and is there a warranty?
During construction, we insure the building at our own expense, including coverage for natural disasters. This insurance ends upon project completion. Per EU legislation, there is a 5-year warranty on construction defects from the delivery date.
Are there any rental homes in the area and do you offer property management?
Yes, there are homes in the area for short- or long-term rent. There are over 100 beds with steady growth. Small studios generate about €50 per night. We don’t offer property management yet, but you can work with locals at very reasonable rates, while cleaning costs for each booking are included in the platform price.
What is included in the listed price?
Construction follows the latest standards specified by the law in terms of concrete and steel as Greece has seismic activity and the standards are strict since 1999. Insulation follows the latest standards too. Each apartment comes equiped with air conditioning, solar water heater, PVC frames for superior soundproofing and thermal performance, kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom with accessories specified in the technical specifications document. Each apartment usually has a veranda or a balcony.
Constructor's note:
The plots we usually operate in, are located within a designated urban planning zone. There is a horizontal property rights clearly defining what belongs to each buyer in each one of our projects. The legal process is completed with a notarized deed usually when the full price is paid. Delivery time is usually 1–2 years depending on each project's current stage.
